A very nice room but spoilt by our welcome. We arrived early and obviously waited for our room to be ready. When I enquired after a while I had a response which again pointed out we were early and then I realised my one credit card I had misplaced and had no sympathy from the manager only that I had to pay the bill! After waiting a while this seemed un called for!

I've stayed here many times and it's always great. Stayed in 'Lizzie Rose' this time and it was a super room. Lots of space and a patio. It is opposite the function rooms so may get a little noisy if there's an event on but a great stay.

Went for Valentine’s Day and stayed overnight! Lunch was superb with a particularly good lovers menu!!!! and the room was amazing. Very pleased will visit again!
