The king room was surprisingly large, with a couch, desk and large TV. Spacious bathroom, though the tub/shower combo could use a face lift. 24 hour coffee, tea, water and snacks. Not a giant selection, but nice to have the option. Location is excellent - right between ACK Bar and Brotherhood of Thieves.

It was NOT the Jared Coffin. An adjoining building from the 80s, absolutely not sound proof. No temperature control in the room. Dismal bathroom. The price was off season, but not reasonable for the dingy setting. Noise level from other rooms was horrible

Staff is wonderful . Pleasant and helpful . Location is perfect as it is in center of town. Breakfast was very enjoyable . Looking forward to returning to Jared Coffin house
