The website allowed us to book. but upon arrival we were greeted by a sign indicating that they were closed for business. What the heck? Then I spent over 30 minutes on the phone with hotels.com only to be told in the end that they could not guarantee I wouldn't be charged. Again, what the heck?

The lady, I suppose she was the hotel owner, was very friendly, but there were some big issues. We booked a non-smoking room. Despite of this, we were given a SMOKING room, which was stinking like a dumpster. Sound isolation was very poor. We heard everything what was going on upstairs: TV and walking half a night. Internet didn't work.

The room did look like a chalet with lace curtains and exposed wooden beams in the room. The design is a bit dated, but clean. It was a good place to stay for a night. Breakfast was not included. Best of luck Miss Ursula.
