Made reservations 3 months ago. Arrived at 10:30 pm at hotel to find a sign on the door saying it was closed for renovations! I was not notified of this. Had to find another hotel room for my 3 night stay. Tried calling and nobody answered. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional business practice. How do you close your hotel and not notify people who had reservations??? Unbelievable!!

The hotel was closed for renovations. I was never informed of the closure. I only knew about the closure when I arrived at the hotel on the day of check in to see a hand written sign saying “closed for renovations.” Every phone number was disconnected to the hotel. Very unprofessional and caused a lot of confusion and concern.
