I was so impressed with the best western and our stay. We had to get a handicap room and it met all the requirements for my husband. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast was well planned and enjoyable. We will definitely recommend this best western in Golia to our friends.

Hotel was nice. Room was clean. No issues with anything to do with the property. My only issue was check in. No one was at the front desk (it was 8:00pm). There is a phone on the counter to call. It rang and rang and rang. No answer. Finally a woman comes out of the back. She said “can I help you?” Those are the only 4 words spoken to me the entire check in. Literally. Not one other word. I’m from Texas. Lived in Texas till I graduated high school. When did Texas people become so rude?!?
