First of all, I have to say. The staff are the friendliest and helpful people in the business. Anything we ever need, they are on it in the drop of a hat. The place is clean, the breakfast is good, and the view and beach access is perfect. But we will be returning simply because of the staff.

Amazing view, kind and caring staff, the infinity pool is incredible, we couldn't be happier with our time in Newport! Would suggest they upgraded to Memory foam beds, it makes all the difference.
