Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. When we checked into the room the floor was filthy there were no towels there was no toilet paper and the refrigerator was leaking all over the floor. I brought this to the manager's attention they brought us toilet paper and towels but did nothing about the refrigerator which continued to leak all night. The electrical outlet behind the bed was not fastened to the wall ; I was afraid to plug anything into it. We could not figure out how to get water to come out of the shower, the knob just spun. The manager came in once we brought it to her attention and had trouble herself getting it to come on. Once we figured out how to get the shower on, we got nothing but scalding hot water. If I were hotels.com I would be ashamed to offer this hotel.

Refrigerator leaked all over the floor and there was no hot water. Frankly, the leak I was able to clean up. But not being able to take a shower was bad.

Outlets didn’t work. No glasses at sink. Coke machine took my money but no product. Dirty sheets. Worse motel have ever stayed. Ice machine broken. No hot water. I should get a full refund
