The only grumble I had was that there was no wardrobe in my room, or anywhere where I could hang my suit and jacket ( a hook/hanger on the doors would do the trick).

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay — the hotel is clean, comfortable, and well located, and the staff were generally welcoming. However, one issue significantly affected my experience. My room was next to what seemed to be a staff room, and the window there was left open late at night. Around 11:30pm, there was loud talking that made it difficult to sleep. When I went to reception to mention it, I was told that this level of noise was acceptable until midnight, which was disappointing. I understand that some level of activity is normal, but guests should still be able to expect a quiet environment at that hour. This is something the hotel could easily improve.
