Huge green area with playground (which was important for us), outside pool, gorgeous view on old town. Desent breakfast, clean room with air conditioner. Overall impression: nice family running hotel.

Everything we needed for a couple of nights. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were welcoming. A lot of noise from other guests inside and outside the building at night and very early in the morning, plus smokers standing under the window late at night, made it less good. Restaurant was very busy but when we eventually got a table it did really good pasta dishes and loads of pizza. Buffet breakfast was OK with quite a range of things on offer. Plenty of car parking. Walking distance from the San Francisco Basilica (uphill) or a bus passes the hotel if you wish.
