When i arrived the staff was excellent in getting my check in done quickly. Found shower drain was plugged after starting shower. I found hair in the drain and cleaned it out so i could finish shower. Light in light fixture wasnt working either

Bistro never open at 5 PM on Saturday as they said I had to order food from outside. They double charged me twice for a room that was already paid for. Will never stay there again.

No help at the desk, only 1 man working, who was doing everything. Room was cold. I checked out a day early and want a refund. Pool was cold. Loud pool party with children after hours.
