Very outdated with very few amenities, but location is amazing and staff is wonderful.

The bathroom had mold. The ceiling tiles are broken. The room really needs a refurb. The main door is broken and sometimes doesn't open or opens very slowly. I've stayed at much better maintained premier inns in the past so this was a huge disappointment.

The staff at the premier inn in wrexham was top teir. They went above and beyond in every aspect of customer service. They have gained a couple loyal customers.
