The hotel was currently undergoing refurbishment. As a result without any notice I did not have hot water for a shower in the morning, the window was dirty which was annoying as I paid extra for a Falls view but could hardly see them. Then, just before checkout again without warning the water got turned off so I couldn’t wash my hands after using the toilet.

Had a terrible time i booked for a king bed room and was given a Queen room and was very small room … the hot water didn’t work the toilets water ran ever few mins and shut off every few mins … the fan for the heat didn’t work so u could cool the room down… when the front desk called to tell us they found another room to change us too they were going to give us 2 double bed room … not a good stay in my opinion

The hotel staff alllowed the guy in the room next to me scream at his family for close to an hour, before they sent security. They said when I called they had also received calls prior to mine. So for 3 hours I got to hear vulgar language, the wall being hit and the furniture being smashed, then after security left,it was limited to vulgarity and disrespect to the adult female in the room hilemrhe children cried and begged it to stop.
