debris on carpet in entrance way for 3 days/workout area was unkept and the drinking fountain sign said " don't drink the water"/exposed plugs in bathroom[no covers]/ac was limited as to temperature/

Significant visible damage to walls and floors in main area of first floor. Elevator is missing buttons, covered with clear tape. Some rooms appear to have plumbing/drainage issues. Walls between rooms do not dampen sound and TV, conversation, and dogs barking can be heard easily next door, disrupting sleep. Staff can be helpful, but facility is in need of significant renovation.
