Comfortable room with en suite shower room. Clean and spacious. In town so close to shops and entertainment. Close to transport links for Excel Exhibition centre and west end. Market day on a Friday.

Room was disgustingly dirty and small Shower was filthy and no hot water Double bed pushed up against wall so only one side available to get in and out Woke up this morning covered in bites Staff not interested in my dissatisfaction I also paid for delux double room and when I complained was told not a deluxe room but hotel was full. Best thing that could happen to this disgusting hotel is to be demolished I wouldn’t even give this girl a rating I have also just got home and checked my card activity to find out that I have been over charged for my room

Cheap but not cheerful. The bed was fine but the en-suite facilities left a lot to be desired - toilet in a cramped area & the sink directly opposite the small shower.
