Located on the 2nd floor (no one above), with total area of 1,450 sq. ft. plus two screened lanai areas with beautiful view of lake! King in master, with his and her walk-in closets and dual sinks in bathroom, double bed in 2nd bedroom, Queen pull out sofa bed in den and 2nd bathroom with tub. Laundry in unit, fully equipped kitchen, and 3 smart TVs with high definition cable boxes.

Dine at the Treviso Bay golf clubhouse that overlooks the beautifully maintained TPC golf course designed by Arthur Hills. The gorgeous clubhouse facilities include bar, dining, and weekly themed dinner events. There’s also a library and game room that includes, pool tables, ping pong, shuffleboard, darts, chess, and card tables.

We are walking distance to Rilassare, ‘The Club’ where you can enjoy the luxurious full service spa and saloon services including manicure/pedicures, fitness center, yoga room, sauna, poolside grill and bar, lagoon style waterfall and lap pools, cabanas, lakeside beach, playground, basketball, bocce ball, 8 Har-Tru tennis courts, and tennis pro shop. Unless you are a TPC member, accesses to golf course is only allowed between May and October. There is a beautiful public golf course directly across the street from Treviso Bay, and many other wonderful golf courses close by all throughout Naples. At no time is golf included with this rental.
