It was a truly pleasant surprise that exceeded my expectations. While the location is ideal, the spaciousness of the room, the cleanliness and the service we received were top-notch. It was a business trip that felt like a pleasure. I will definitely book at this same hotel again when I have to return to this area of ​​Mexico City.

Nice hotel and good location, but the noise is a serious problem. You can hear everything from everywhere. I stayed on the first floor and would never recommend it. The restaurant is right there, and after 7 am it’s impossible to sleep. During the day it’s just as bad, you can hear lobby conversations word for word. I initially thought this was only a first floor issue, but noise carries throughout the hotel. The walls and doors feel paper thin. If they fixed the soundproofing, this place would be great. As it is, it’s a hard pass. I barely slept. The staff was good and tried to help, but this isn’t something that can be fixed on the spot.
