Overall was satisfied with the stay. The location is right in the center of the city, and most major attractions are very walkable. Hostel was clean, and the breakfast buffet was a huge plus. Two drawbacks are that the A/C was not powerful enough in the rooms and it got quite hot in the capsules. Additionally, there were not enough washrooms for all of the floors, especially given that some of the washrooms were out of order. Besides that, can recommend this for short stays

Initially stayed for 3 nights in 101-6, then added one more night. The dorms are compact as would be expected in Singapore. The bunks arrayed both sides of the walls. On one side lengthwise and breadthwise on the other. My bunk 101-6 which was breadthwise and preferable as it let in less light. Each bunk had a locker that could fit two small suitcases, a privacy curtain, a private light, two electrical sockets. The bed had a firm mattress and a warm duvet. There were 4 shared bathrooms & toilets, which didn't sound like a lot with about 20 bunks, but there was no wait for me except late in the evening. The free breakfast was excellent, varied and was different all 4 days. The only negatives were the Wifi, which dropped intermittently in the dorm, but fine elsewhere. The dorm door was often left open and one morning a false fire alarm went off at 6am. Overall, I had a good stay. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The bed is comfortable and the location is close to Chinatown & MRT.
