Right after checking in, we noticed that the side entrance door was “open” and would not close or secure safely. When it was brought up to the attention of the desk clerk she mentioned that it was not operational and that “they” were aware of it. (The security of patrons should always be the number one and top priority of any hotel).

Our rooms were clean, the towels and linen were of good quality, and the bed was comfortable. I think the hotel has just begun a maintenance program or works to update which is needed. Breakfast was a typical complementary breakfast provided by chain hotel in the US states.
