My stay was good until I didn’t get my deposit back and I know I left the room spotless

The hotel is very dated. The grounds were not very well maintained, the room was old looking and the lobby area was cluttered and sloppy. When I arrived, I had to wait about 20 minutes for someone to check in.

Everything was great with the exception of the associates that helped me check in. He had no customer service skills or people skills which dampened the experience.
