The breakfast was disappointing. The first day there was no yogurt, only breads, granola, fruit and various bread which we stale. No protein of any kind. The fruits would have been good if they weren't half frozen. The room was really tiny but comfortable, clean and surprisingly efficient. Just wish there was a tea kettle in the room and a microwave somewhere for guests to use. The staff seem worked off their feet.

This place was very disorganized. They have replaced the welcome desk with self-help kiosks, but those only work if you have booked with the hotel directly. So the one receptionist is overwhelmed trying to check-in everyone who booked through a third party. The line was 30 minutes long, and this was not even peak season. Worst of all, the hotel charged me for the reservation, even though I had already paid Hotels.com. I'm having to dispute the charge through my credit card because of how poorly run Premier Inn is. I've gotten responses that the manager is not in, or that they simply cannot issue a refund. The rooms a teeny tiny also. Stay away.
