The room was very good and comfortable. We had to pay at check in for breakfast, but in the morning there was no one there to cook it or anyone to contact. We are still waiting for a refund.

The staff were ok. I only had one interaction with them. There was meant to be someone available from 7am for checkout but it was empty. The room had no noise cancelling at all. The punters downstairs in the pub could be heard loudly and the noise from the main road was loud. The room was ok, though the mattress was hard and lumpy. The sink had a big crack in it. The carpets were creaky too. The pillows even stacked together provided no support. Overall for the price, sleepable but nothing else. I wouldn’t come back.

Staff member was courteous. Room was OK but shabby. Mouldy shower cubicle and windows. There was no food available, even for breakfast as the dining area was being re-furbished. This was not mentioned in their advert.
