The mattress was so incredibly hard we had to take the mattress off the sofa bed and place it on our bed to get any sleep. This had to be the cheapest mattress you could find anywhere. There was also the sound of constant running water in our bedroom. We could not tell where it was coming from.It sounded like it was coming from up above. We were on the first floor. I reported both of these issues. There wasn’t really anything they could do about the mattress, but someone was supposed to come and check on the noise in the bedroom, but no one ever showed up. We will not be staying there again. No compensation was offered and in our opinion it should have been.

Everything was good other than it would be nice if the room had been a little cleaner on the floors, we had young children, their white socks quickly turned black with dirt and their hands and knees. The floors appeared clean to the look but I guess they had not been mopped in some time, but everything else was clean I would say.
