The hot tub and pool were out of service. Specifically chose that property because of the hot tub to rehad my back. Total waste of $$$$

This property is falling apart! Doors don’t close without slamming them shut, the whole place smelled of dogs, bleach, and musty. The back door to the parking lot which is supposed to be keycard entry didn’t even close let alone have working key code access. The pool was closed as well. I would not recommend staying here!

Staff was super friendly. Bed was comfortable. However, place was dirty. Hot tub and pool were advertised but it has been closed for a month. They had ongoing construction or something that was so loud up until we left. The people above us were so very loud and disrespectful at all hours of the night. Then there was a guy smoking inside and just outside the back door. Very disappointed with the misleading images compared to what we got.
