What a disaster with a disgusting no people skill having General Manger. I booked a room online thru Expedia. I’m driving from Nashville TN WHERE I LIVE AND OWN A HOUSE! I have a TN drivers license and my car has a TN tag because I AM A TENNESSEE RESIDENT!!!! Tge GM calls while I’m driving and is immediately RUDE. She states they don’t rent to locals so I can’t have a room. I explained that I’m not a local and am a resident of TN. Her response was “Since when?” EXCUSE ME!!!! Since I sold my house a year and a half ago and MOVED TO Tennessee!!! My children still have family here and I’m driving in to pick them up. I’m staying one night. She says VERY RUDELY that if I have a TN drivers license I can check in. I drive the 7 hours in my car that has a TN tag I get here and am told I’m on a “do not rent list” I ask why and just told that I won’t be checking in. I asked what I did to be put on a list they didn’t have an answer.
