It was terrible, a waste of money. I will be sending my complaints directly also to the hotel. I have already told you about the generally poor decor and lack of cleaning and equipment until we actually asked, but the final straw was being woken by staff knocking on the door at 10 minutes past midnight asking us to come to the door to ask if we were making a noise!! No we were fast asleep and the noise was apparently something to do with the cistern in our room that was disturbing others, also every time I turned a tap on it made a groaning noise as well as when we flushed the toilet. Also the way the sliding door to the bathroom is designed, this disturbed us every time someone in their room opened or closed it because it bangs or flaps!! The whole experience was appalling!! Never again there for us!!

Our room was mostly clean but we had a couple of major safety issues - firstly when we first went into the bathroom there was a large rusty screw loose on the bathroom floor. We then found 2 shards of glass in the carpet, which we are not impressed with. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a shame about the poor standard of housekeeping.

I was disappointed. Yes, it is by the beach. But the internet service was unacceptable. They had something (construction?) making a grinding noise off and on. The continental breakfast was mediocre.
