Had a Brilliant 2 night stay here. And the staff are very welcoming and friendly. Will definitely stay again

Room looks nothing like the website. Window wouldn’t close. Room either boiling hot or freezing cold… bed uncomfortable with a lean so severe it almost tipped me out. Really poor water pressure in the shower… Taps etc falling apart.

Lovely location. Staff were very helpful. Rooms are a little tired but they are perfectly acceptable as they are clean and comfortable. Breakfast choices are great. They are more than happy to accommodate any needs. We had a planned power cut when there and the staff were very well prepared. They gave us a powerbank, pre charged lights for our room and put heating on to ensure the rooms were warm before it went off. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service. Would definitely stay here again.
