Booked 6 triple rooms as it advertised 1 double and 1 single bed. Arrived to be told by reception that it is a sofa bed and it was not made up with bed sheets or duvets and as house keeping was not here (about 6pm) it would not be made up until the following day. We asked for the bedding ourselves to make up. No house keeping arrived the following day to check as reception has said they would. The reception also tried to charge me again even though I had prepaid. Premier inn seemed to be totally disconnected to the hotels.com booking service and everything that was wrong they just blamed hotels.com listing. Hotel itself is basic as expected by Premier Inn. Location is great close to Marienplatz and train station, hotel bar and restaurant area seemed new and modern. Would stay again but unhappy with how reception handled check in.

Great stay, room very clean and very close to main shopping area with the old town after that. We thought it was a great central place to stay with only a 25 walk from central train station also.
