The heat in our room was not working. Outside temperature was 21. A second room proved to be still under renovation. The third room was acceptable. So in the end, it worked out.

I booked and paid for a king room. Upon arriving, told they were "out of king rooms but we will 'upgrade' you to a queen room"?? Same price of course for a smaller bed. First room I went to, the AC didn't work (West Texas middle of summer - at least 85°in the room). Second room, half the lights were out & again, broken AC. Third room, phone broken but AC worked, but it had been off so I was miserable for almost 2 hours while it cooled off. The desk clerk was polite about changing rooms but it was after hours so I had to keep hauling my luggage from the room back to the lobby & then to the next room. All rooms had that sour musty smell old hotels get. Would never stay here again.
