Overall, access to the beach was convenient. The little kitchenette was useful. The room was cute. However. We arrived in town around 2:30 AM. We had the email with our room number and access code to get in. After wandering around the property for half an hour unable to find our room and unable to get ahold of anyone, we decided to try room 29 instead of 59, like what was listed in our email. Turns out, that was a good guess, because we were given the wrong information on what our room number was.

This was a cute little condo right on the Daytona Beach strip where there were tons of restaurants and even a little carnival/fair situation. The location was prime, but also quiet if you just wanted to enjoy the condo and the beach. The condo itself came equipped with everything you needed to be comfortable for your stay. Would definitely recommend.

We booked a 3 night stay in the waterfront studio. When we arrived on Friday we found out the property had no A/C and it was very hot and humid. (Actually the cord for the A/C unit Was laying in the floor disconnect. Also no screen on the sliding door to leave open to cool us down at night. So after less than an hour of being there we ask the owner if they would fix or if we could have our money refunded. So I reached out to the property owner and they said that they would just refund our money since it was Easter weekend and no one was available to repair the A/C unit. So we left and then they only gave us A third back of what we all ready paid them. Please do not rent from these scum bags!!!
