The property is difficult to locate because of poor signage.Also the external part of the property is poorly maintianed. The extreanl look of the porperty is poor. The parking lot, the building, all look rough and could use some renovation. Hopwever, the rooms were comforable, even though the wifi wasnt reliable

The young lady at the front desk was incredibly sweet and helpful. After bringing everything up to our room, (be prepared to walk up flights of stairs) we found the room quite dirty. My 11 year old was going to take the couch, my 2 older children each a bed and then a bed for my husband and I. The couch was so bad, not even layers upon layers of bedding in between him and the food and dead bugs in/under the cushions wouldn’t be doable. There was also standing water and hair in the sink. We kept a very cool head and went to ask if there was a clean room available, they didn’t have any way to accommodate us, but they said they would provide approval for a refund through the hotels app. I thanked the lady at the front desk for being understanding. We were so grateful there was an available room 6 minutes away.
