Room was clean and spacious,excellent breakfast with plenty of choices,the owner went above and beyond to make our stay memorable,owner very helpful and knowledgeable of the area and facilities.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms and clean and very good. However, there was a problem with hot water. At check I was advised to run the tap for minimum of 7-10 minutes to get hot water. For the period of 2 nights I was there, I could not get a drop of hot water from the taps. After running the taps for 10 minutes I gave up. Very poor for the environment. There was a kettle in the room where the power cable in attached to it. To get water from the bathroom tap I had to carry the power cable with the kettle. Very inconvenient. They have very hard pillows and I am still suffering from neck pain a week after staying at the palm Court.
