My stay was great!!! I had no problems and the staff was helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and self sufficient.

I like that it was warm and the towels and bed clothes were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bathroom desperately needs updating and the room needs decorating. It was way below my expected standards.

The gentleman at the reception desk was friendly and welcoming, however the condition of the hotel was very poor. Our bed sheets and bathroom were fairly clean, however the carpet was very dirty and in poor condition. The bathroom floor tiles were cracked and moving when stood on. Our room was freezing despite the window being closed. Also, the bedroom furniture was very old and falling apart. We were very disappointed, and unfortunately we will not be recommending this hotel to our friends and family. This hotel would benefit from a total refurbishment, so that future guests can have a more positive experience.
