Pros: Cleanliness. Incidents: Stranger let himself into my room (using code) before I had a chance to get to the door. On a separate occasion, two other men attempted to get security code off me in lobby. I flagged that with management company via their website and via Hotels platform: no reply. Other cons: Building incredibly noisy. No acoustic insulation from adjacent rooms or stairs. Hazardous sharp metallic shelf on side of bed sticking out. Toiletry shelf in shower installed neglectfully, rubbing against mixer knob.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The flat was beautiful and had everything we needed. The kids had their own room and the beds were super comfortable!
