Unbeatable, unbelievable service. We stayed for 2 nights during our honeymoon through southern France and Lake Como. The second night was also my wife's birthday, and the staff made sure she felt special! The hotel is spectacular. Our room, prestige sea view, was exceptionally well appointment. The balcony/terrace was large with two loungers and a table with umbrella, but the view made the room worth every penny. The beach is nice, private and well maintained by the staff. The pool is a heated, infinity pool that offers a nice break from the beach area. The service is exceptional. Within 30 mins, every employee knew our names and room number. My wife went to the spa for a massage and to have her hair and make-up done before dining at the restaurant. She said it was the best spa treatment she's ever received. The restaurant was excellent and will be reviewed separately. However, it's worth mentioning, the service was beyond anything I've ever experienced at other Michelin restaurants. The concierge is amazing. We trusted them to book a restaurant in town for our first night. They delivered with a fantastic place, and the best table at the restaurant. They dropped us off, and returned to drive us back. Very quick and professional. We will be back. It was our favourite resort out of the five 5-star resorts during our trip. Book this place now.

The rooms in the tower are old and not updated. The air conditioning doesn't work well and there is not a functioning shower.
