Room was clean. The A/C unit didn't work very well, the room really didn't cool down. It would have been nice to have a small coffee maker in the room. Also, was disappointed that the creamery was closed due to construction.

Pros: Proximity to downtown and Watkins Glen Park. Loved the door lock access code process which removed need to check in at desk. The staff member that met me there was great. Cons: Very basic amenities, but the pictures in their site are accurate. If you are someone who wants the Hilton treatment this is not for you. P.S.: my stay was during off season and they were remodeling the rooms in the Inn. Would I stay there again? If I was traveling alone, yes. If traveling with a family (even just a spouse), no. That might change depending on how the remodel goes.
