Booked king bed, got a full size. No towels in room, took three trips to front desk to get them. On third trip told clerk I would stand there until towels placed in my hands. Room never serviced on a three night booking. Linens seemed clean but blankets were gamey….likely unwashed for weeks. No manager, only 20 ish year old clerk at front desk. She told me only 2 cleaning staff for whole property. You are paying for a motel six quality and service at a Hilton price. I want a refund!!

Room was great. Plenty of grab bars in the bathroom. Would have been nice to have non slip strips in the tub as my husband has balance issues and could have easily slipped in the tub. Really surprised these were not installed in the tub as it was supposed to be an ADA room.
