I called the hotel prior to our arrival and Elliott was able to add my Hilton Honors number to the reservation so we could use the Hilton App for check-in, pay for the overnight parking in advance, and use the digital key for parking entry and going straight to our room. The hotel and the room were clean and inviting. The pillows weren't the greatest but we made due as we were only on-site for one night. The only issue we experienced was with the pocket door to the bathroom. It automatically latches when closed and it was very challenging to open from the inside. I mentioned this to the person working the front desk after we checked out he indicated there shouldn't have been any difficulty but would have someone check it out. I felt like I was being placated but hopefully they do check it out and avoid the issue for the next guest. The breakfast buffet was well stocked, clean, and inviting. We would certainly consider staying again as the location was great along with the proximity to the KC Streetcar.

The kitchen was well stocked except there was only a microwave and a toaster to warm food. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet had much to choose from and all of the staff were very kind and helpful. The only complaint I would have was the pool area could have been a little cleaner.
