The customer service at the front desk was horrible.They were rude.They didn't give eye contact. Did not take anything.I asked into consituation.

Very disappointed. Stayed one night. Left for another hotel. No washcloths. Two towels for two people. Asked for another told no. No maid service. Due to Covid? It’s been 4 years. Dirty rug. Tv not working. No Kleenex. Uncomfortable bed. One coffee packet. One decaf. Horrid coffee. No coffee in lobby. Tiny muffins for breakfast. Dirty area.

waited 20 minutes at front desk to check in. No staff. Called front desk. Call never picked up. Sorry. Unacceptable. Never staying here again.
