The noise from the metro was very disturbing, and the rooms are extremely small. There was a lot of noise coming from other rooms—it felt like I was sleeping in a hallway rather than a private room. I didn’t have any peace or a comfortable sleep at all.”

Asked for a room with a view a month in advance and was given room 408, an awkward room off a corridor with window looking into a shared walkway. You cant open with window as it is onto a shared walkway looking into a dingy courtyard with no view. I'm sure if we were given a room looking into the main street it would have had a better experience as we had asked when we reserved. They have plenty of nice rooms, I'm not sure why we got the horrible room. If we paid less for the room, I'd be ok with it, but we paid 300 dollars and the photos are misleading. Will never stay again. The location is great though. :) I guess we were unlucky and staff didnt care about our simple request.
