Parking is awful and the staff wasn't able to help. The site said that staff would direct us to parking. When we checked in the staff directed us to the concierge who said we had to sign up for a timeshare lecture first and said we can't park at the recommended hotel unless we signed up. They tried hard to pressure us. We ended up googling the safe and closed parking which I would of done prior if I was aware I had too. I didnt see any staff after that No one came throughout our stay to collect trash. The refrigerator didnt get very cold. The roof top picture are not accurate.

The staff was really nice at check in and check out. Room was clean. Interesting decor. Great location. My complaints are the walls are thin. The person next door played their tv all night every night. Game shows. Vary annoying. Also my vote was some dumpsters in an alley. They was also construction all night and the dumpsters were very active. Lots of loud banging coupled with game shows. Very difficult to sleepy
