When booking, I hadn't noticed that I had to be checked in by 20:30, which is a challenge. After ringing to find out if there was any flexibility, I was told that as long as I was there by 21:00, someone could check me in. Arrived at 20:35 to be told that they would need to contact the manager, as they didn't know how to check in after being unable to make contact. The pleasant, helpful and apologetic young ladies worked it out. Breakfast was included in the rate, but as they don't open until 9am, breakfast was not an option as I needed to be away. This hotel is not suitable for business trips with mid-evening check-in and late breakfast. If I had noticed (check-in ) and been advised before (breakfast time), I would not have stayed here. The helpful staff need to be trained on how to do check-ins.
