This 19th century country house, in the Alcanar Oasis in the south of Tarragona, was used by Alfonso XII as a summer retreat. Here, within this enclosed area, encircled by orange groves, you will feel like royalty. Within these peaceful surroundings, you can go for a cycle ride, swim in one of the 2 outdoor pools and play a game of mini golf. The beach and port area are a short walk away, where you can soak up the sun and watch the play of boats on the water. Beautiful secluded hotel in the citrus groves. Spacious rooms and comfortable and relaxing public space inside and out with an excellent restaurant. Staff are amazing.

A really nice hotel and I would return but at a busier time. The restaurant didn´t open as it was Monday and I didn´t know this until I booked but they did make me a nice sandwich. The staff were great, very helpful. There was damage in the bathroom that had been repaired with sticky tape, It would have been a 10 min job for a odd job man. spoilt the effect.
