Place is great. On the river is nice. Breakfast was good but not great.

This stay was far below expected standards and did not match what was booked or advertised. First, I specifically booked a king bed room, but upon arrival I was given a double queen room. This is not a minor inconvenience — it is a clear failure to provide the reserved room type. Second, I paid for a mountain view, but instead received a view facing a gas station and nearby building. This is a direct misrepresentation of the room.

We had a medical emergency needed to check out early and were charged by Hotels.com for the full stay. We were told by the hotel front desk, people that they would refund the rest of our stay and we were told by Hotels.com that they would refund the rest of our stay, but neither one of them has done it and they’re both saying it’s the other’s fault. Hotels.com is not taking responsibility for their customer service rep reps stating that this would be refunded.
