Rooms were fine...hotel is well situated in Soho... breakfast was good but contrary to indications on booking site, the breakfast was not included.... however for 8 pounds, it was good value.

The hotel refused to allow me to check in. They said that the payment was declined, but the truth is that they collect the money from Hotels.com. They took my money and I attempted four times to check and and they refused me to check then We contact in every possible way, but they simply drop my money and let me on the street. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
