W12 Rooms is located next to Shepherd’s Bush underground station and Westfield Shopping Center, which features a wide variety of designer shops, restaurants and cafés. Guests can also relax on Shepherd’s Bush Green, which is opposite the property. London’s West End, Covent Garden and Oxford Street are 10 minutes’ away via tube. The famous Portobello Road Market is a 15-minute bus or tube ride away. O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire is a 5-minute walk away and features regular performances by well-known musicians and comedians. Genuinely impressed by this place. Very clean and well presented. My room on the top floor was immaculate as were the corridors and reception. A very friendly welcome and goodbye included. Definitely one to re-visit. Thanks Guys!

Heated floor in the bathroom was wonderful, shower was very nice, and location was ideal for when you're doing things in Shepherd's Bush; but everything else rather less than ideal. The moisturiser was very thin (as though watered down), pillows flimsy, the fridge loud, tea and coffee making facilities limited. Traffic noise outside what you'd expect in London, but at least the room had sound insulation.
