Better than expected. Medium price point but this place punches above its weight .The front desk staff was very helpful with letting me check in early. The continental breakfast is satisfying and has good options. Rooms are clean and very functional. Walmart is right. Next door and lots of amenities around .I would definitely stay here again, from one night to one month--or longer. A nice "home away from home" extended stay option if you're in Durango for business or exploring.
