This was our second visit till No 11 in Edinburgh. Unfortunately there was a heathing issue and due to te professional staff member Monika, she arranged a plausibel solution. Thereafter, we were highly satisfied with our stay at the No 11.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The room was lovely and very cosy. It was great to have a radiator that we could turn on and off as we got drenched in an Easter snow storm! Would definitely stay here again
