We were met by a lovely polite young lady that showed us to our room. She is a credit to the Masons Arms. Room was clean and bed comfortable, had tea / coffee provisions. Everything we expected, as we have stayed here twice before, previously in a different room, and will continue to do so on our visits to York

A great find, compact room with everything you need to hand. Staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. The food in the Masons Arms is delicious and very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.
