No free breakfast. Why pay $10 when we can choose Waffle House, or Bob Evans? First room was dirty, and toilet seat was not screwed down tight enough! Went down and talked to guy behind counter, he said he would take care of it. Came back later to a still dirty room. Talked to the lady behind the desk. Very nice! She said she had no one in maintenance, but gave us a suite! I noticed that the crappy foam mattresses is what we had in the regular room, but the suite had "real," spring or just a better quality of foam. I HATE those foam mattresses!!! I sweat like crazy on them! Burn them all and go back to the old spring and foam ones!

Run down property. Room: peeling paint, chipped furniture, stains on the wall not cleaned, rust on the bathroom door frame, bathroom vent not working, tub/shower not level so water does not fully drain out of the tub. This is not appropriate for a Hilton property and the cost associated with the reservation.
