Alternatively, contact the property in advance and submit a card authorisation should the card belong to a third person. Guests arriving on weekends or public holidays- including Carnival Monday (Rosenmontag) and the period between 24 December and 01 January - must contact the hotel by telephone to get a digital code to pick up keys. Baby cot and parking in the garage are available upon request and has to be confirmed by the property. Extra prices for these requests are not included in the rate and has to be paid separately at the property. Please note that limited parking is available and only for vehicles in standard sizes.
